We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. The item must be unwashed, unworn, unlit, and unused. It must have original tags or receipts with it.
Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at leigh@shoppurpleumbrella.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly with our supplier to resolve it and cover any related costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., used yoga mats, personal wear items, or customized products).
How to Start a Return
