Q: Are you an American business and can I go to your retail location?

A: We do not have a retail location; however, we are based in the United States.  Our company is based in Midtown Manhattan. 

Q: Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?

A: To get your items to you as fast as possible different items come from different fulfillment centers. 

Q: Can I shoppurpleumbrella outside of the United States? 

A: No. Presently our business is only offered to residents of the United States.
