Q: Is Shop Purple Umbrella an American business? A: Yes. Shop Purple Umbrella is a woman-owned small business based in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. We priortize products from small American makers across the country including makers in Austin Texas, Atlanta Georgia and Queens New York.
Q: Do you have a retail location? A: We are online only. No retail location currently — but everything ships directly to your door.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States? A: Not at this time. We currently ship to US residents only.
Q: Why is my order shipping in multiple packages? A: We work with several small American makers and fulfillment centers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Different items may arrive separately but everything is on its way.
